Reservation / Confirmation of a room by internet The Customer confirms his/her on-line reservation by giving his/her credit card number, expiration date and cryptogram (last 3 digits on the back of the card). The credit card will not be debited. It is only used as a guarantee. It will be debited when checking out.
Reservation and immediate payment: -5% If the Customer accepts to pay immediately, he/she takes advantage of a 5% reduction on the total amount of the on-line reserved services. The card is then debited. In that case, the transaction cannot be reimbursed or transfered.
Reservation made by advance at J-30 or more: -10% (early bird) If the Customer makes a reservation and pays by advance, he/she takes of a 10% reduction on the total amount of the on-line reserved services. The card is then debited. In that case, the transaction cannot be reimbursed or transfered.
Reservation / Confirmation of a room by fax, phone or e-mail The customer confirms his/her reservation: > by leaving his/her credit card number with expiration date & cryptogram (last 3 digits on back) The credit card will not be debited. It is only used as a guarantee. It will be debited when checking out. > by writing and sendinga check of 33% of the price as a pre-payment
Cancellation policy.
Any cancellation of room must be noticed by fax, email or phone at least 48 hours before D day.
If this procedure is not respected, the hotel will take the decision to bill partially or fully the price of the room, exceptin an emergency case (accident, for exemple). > cancellation above 48h before D day - no penalty except for on-line reservation with immediate payment: 5% off, or advanced payment:10% off. > cancellation between 48 and24 hours: we will cash the pre-payment equivalent of33% except for on-line reservation with immediate payment: 5% off, or advanced payment:10% off. > cancellation below 24 hours: we will cash 100% of the price of the room. > no show, no information: we will cash 100% of the price of the room.
Confirming a table reservation
The customer confirms his reservation by giving a phone number and his arrival time. We will block the table until 45 minutes after the arrival time given by the Customer. Should the customer be late, he is kindly requested to inform the Reception desk as soon as possible.
For specific dinners, theme dinners or for important events leading to a fixed menu prepared by advance and a reservation of tables, like for Dec 31st, a more formal reservation is requested with a pre payment of 33%.
Cancelling of table
We kindly ask our Customers to call us as soon as possible in case of cancellation. In case of a specific dinner leading to a pre-payment, any cancellation shorter than D-2, will generate the keeping of this pre-payment, except for very serious cases like accident.
Payment
Payment is made through credit cards: Euromaster, Visa, American Express, Diners, JCB, or by check in Euros (give an ID), or by cash. If a pre-payment has been made, the 3 modes of payment above are possible. If a card number has been taken for room reservation, when leaving the Customer can either pay with this same card, or by check or cash.
Price
All our prices are VAT and services included. City tax: for room reservation, the City tax comes on top of our price. The level of the city tax is fixed by the City every year. It is 0,65 € per person per night in 2010 and 1,00 € per person per night in 2011.
High season: only 8 periods in the year are considered as high season.
Those red week-ends generate an additional amount which is determined every year, per room. This additional price is indicated on boards in the lobby and in every room. Our prices are visible outside the hotel, inside the hotel lobby, in the rooms, on menus and cards. Specific prices exist for seminars, weddings, groups. On request. Validity: the price list is valid for a calendar year. For very serious and economic, social or climatic exceptional reasons, we may have to change this price list. |
